I ordered for the first time and I didn't make a mistake. It's a great product - it suits me well (I have normal skin). It moisturizes and there is no feeling of tightness. The only thing is that it doesn't completely remove eye makeup - you have to rub very hard for full makeup removal, which is unpleasant. But overall, it's a very cool product - I use it every morning and evening.
I didn't buy it here, but it's simply amazing - I have to share my impressions. Before this, I used a two-phase micellar water from Lancome, but it's nothing compared to this miracle: it gently removes makeup and dirt, without leaving the face sticky or dry, unlike Lancome and Nivea. As for usage, I recommend moistening the sponge with hot water a little to better distribute the product on the cotton pad, as the consistency is quite thick. If you don't wet the pad, you will need much more product to moisturize the entire sponge. The quality of cleansing (moistening the sponge) is not affected at all, so go ahead and use it without hesitation.

This product is simply terrible! It feels like you're applying some kind of grease to your face that you then have to struggle to wash off. I didn't expect this from this brand at all. The mascara doesn't wash off, it just smears all over your face!
I have been using this product for quite some time, and this is not the first time I'm purchasing it. I really like it because it suits me well and effectively cleanses the skin. If you apply just a little bit, your skin won't feel greasy. However, it does require some effort to remove mascara with it.
In my opinion, it does a poor job of removing mascara and BB cream. I won't be ordering it again, especially considering its price.

I accidentally bought this makeup remover hoping that it can be used with water. But of course, I tested it a couple of times as instructed. Oh, horror! Ladies, do you really enjoy spreading foundation, mascara, sweat, and dust all over your face with a sponge and find it normal? The idea of washing without water is uncomfortable for me, so I still wash my face afterwards.
To avoid wasting it, I apply it on a sponge and gently wipe my clean, makeup-free face as an additional cleansing step. The product does not cause allergies and does not dry out the skin. It leaves the skin feeling soft. However, it does not effectively remove mascara.
