Pore Tightening Tonic Vichy Tonique Astrigent

The cosmetics were left in the vending machine for 2 days in scorching heat of +40 degrees, when they should be stored at temperatures up to +25. Why didn't anyone warn about this?!! What will happen to the toner now?

The tonic worked well for me, previously I used the gel from the same line. It is exactly what I need for oily skin in the summer.

The product contains alcohol, probably a large amount. As soon as I opened it, I felt its strong sharpness. When you apply it on a cotton pad and wipe your face, it makes your eyes tear up. I used it for less than a month and during this time, it caused breakouts on my forehead. My beautician advised me to throw it away and not use it anymore because it will not provide any improvements, on the contrary. It is worth mentioning that the La Roche toner at a similar price range is much better and more effective.

The toner worked well for my combination skin. I use it after cleansing with Vichy Normaderm Phytosolution gel. It slightly dries out the skin, but doesn't create any discomfort. After 2 months of regular use, my skin became clearer, less shiny, and the pores became less noticeable.

The toner contains alcohol, so I alternate it with Vichy Purete Thermale toner when my skin is red or after exfoliating, to avoid further irritation.

I have been using this series for a long time and I am satisfied with the result.

The lotion does not dry out, tighten, or irritate the skin, but it also doesn't particularly minimize pores. Maybe in my case, it just doesn't work as effectively. I did not sense any alcohol scent, not even close, only a pleasant fresh fragrance.

This tonic is good, it dries the skin. I didn't like that it leaves a sticky feeling on the skin, unlike the La Roche toner for pore tightening. It also lacks freshness. Before this, I used La Roche and there was more lightness and freshness after using it. It also seemed that the shade on the skin had more of a yellowish tint rather than brightening. Overall, it's a good tonic, but I preferred La Roche more.
