This is a very good shampoo for seborrhea. My son had dry seborrhea and we treated it with a dermatologist. While we applied ointments and took medication, everything seemed to improve, but a week after the treatment, it would all come back. With the help of this shampoo for seborrhea, I forgot about it in two weeks. I had moist seborrhea for many years. No shampoos helped 100%. This shampoo completely removed it. Before using it, we wash our hair with regular shampoo to remove dirt from the hair (I wash 2-3 times because I have long and thick hair). Then, I massage this shampoo into the scalp and leave it on for 5 minutes. Afterward, I apply conditioner or hair conditioner (the shampoo's effect is not reduced). We use it regularly with my son. It is very economical because you only need a small amount for the scalp.

Those who claim that it didn't help may have not used it correctly. If you have dandruff, you should use it consistently 1-2 times a week alongside your regular cleansing shampoo and a peeling shampoo. Dandruff is a chronic condition that requires continuous treatment. This shampoo is amazing and it worked for me (although it may not work for everyone). I use it alternately with my regular shampoo. Sulsena and Dermazol didn't work for me, but this one did after 2 weeks of use. I bought a 500ml bottle and have been using it for over a year. I will definitely order more. Highly recommended!
Don't waste your time or money on this. I waited a long time for results that never came. I bought Sulsen (much cheaper) and saw results from the first wash.
I have been using this product for almost 6 months. I bought the first bottle at the pharmacy and I liked everything about it, the effect was immediate. It got rid of the itchiness and dandruff after the first wash. However, the second bottle, which I bought at a makeup store, was disappointing. The label was different (I have attached a photo), the consistency was completely different, too watery. The color was also slightly different. Immediately after washing, my entire scalp was covered in dandruff and I had constant itching. I don't know what this could be related to, maybe different batches or a change in the formula, but I definitely didn't expect this.

The only thing similar to Sulsena is the color. The shampoo is quite thick, almost like paste, and lathers well. The scent is strong, but unpleasant to me. It dried out my normal hair, but worked well for children with oily hair. Even a week after washing, my hair still feels fresh.

This shampoo has everything I need and always, when I don't have time to buy the next bottle and grab whatever I find in the nearest store, I remember what I am missing in comparison. The most interesting thing is that I have tried other Dercos Vichy shampoos, including the regular one for oily hair (because I don't have dandruff, so it seemed unnecessary to use a medicinal one), but only this one gives such an effect. I have been using it for 4 years already and I hope it will always be there. However, I wonder if it is really okay to use such an aggressive medicinal product on a regular basis for healthy dandruff-free skin?
