I bought it on sale, it's made in France. Judging by the box, bottle, and scent, it seems to be the original. According to the batch code, it was produced in July 2019.
It's a parody of the fragrance that was popular in 2008. It has notes of cappuccino, delicate wormwood, vanilla cigarettes, almond soap, and benzoin cream. It's not overly sweet, it's gentle, smoky, and resinous. There's no cheap synthetic smell or alcohol scent. It's smooth, monotonous, and modest.
The scent in 2020 may seem boring, but it's still pleasant and alluring, although it lacks that magic it once had.
It lasts about 2-3 hours on the skin, 5 hours on clothes if outdoors, and 8-10 hours if indoors. There's a trail, but it's weak compared to niche fragrances.
This is the perfect autumn scent. It warms the soul on chilly days. The almond spices are very beautiful. Those lucky enough to have a vintage with the letter "P" at the bottom are truly fortunate.
