I've ordered this product multiple times. I have fine, thick hair that's prone to oiliness, and so far, this is the best option I've tried. It's important to rinse it thoroughly with water and then use a mask or conditioner afterward.
I love this brand. I bought this shampoo for my teenage daughter. She has long but thin hair. She really liked it. Her hair became noticeably softer, well-groomed, and shiny. As for volume, I can't say for sure... But the scent is incredible, very pleasant and delicate.
