This shampoo is amazing, and I've been using it for a long time. I haven't found anything better yet for my thin and dry hair. I definitely recommend it.

The first time I used this shampoo was absolutely amazing: I have never seen my hair like this before - voluminous, bouncy, you can put it in a bun and feel that the ponytail has become thicker. On the second day, I could walk around with my hair down until evening and it wouldn't stick together in greasy strands, it looked great. I was so impressed that I immediately ordered another bottle, but before I could finish it, after a month, I completely stopped seeing the same effect as the first few uses. In the morning, my hair looks dull, I want to go back to washing it daily, the effect is the same as a $10 drugstore shampoo.

Be careful, it causes itching and unpleasant sensations on the scalp! I just rinsed the shampoo with water and wrapped my hair in a towel, when I immediately felt itching! So, dear experts, you don't need to write about "hairdryer drying" or "water quality" - as you write in other comments about damaged scalp. I used another Kerastase shampoo before and everything was fine. Money wasted. I see, I'm not the only one here with this problem. So be cautious when buying this particular product.

Yes, this shampoo is excellent! Throughout a rather challenging year, my hair became significantly weakened and started falling out in clumps due to overall thinning and hair loss. It felt like fragile thread that would break just by touching it.
After using this brand's shampoo in combination with their conditioner, things started to improve dramatically. The density of my hair returned, the ends became stronger, and the texture of my hair became manageable without weighing it down too much (no greasy hair effect). The hair itself feels silky throughout its length and no longer gets frizzy or breaks during washing and combing, which is priceless! It also styles well and stays in place throughout the day.
Interestingly, the roots of my hair get less dirty and look fresher compared to previous, cheaper shampoos.

I bought this shampoo because my hair was falling out more than I would have liked. My hair is straight, thin, and lightweight. Previously, I used regular shampoos from the supermarket. Here's what I want to say:
1) My hair has become thicker, and I've never seen such thick hair on myself before (although I should add that I use the mask and conditioner from the Genesis line and the heat protection from the Resistance line with this shampoo).
2) I can't say that I noticed any rapid reduction in hair loss, but a lot of new little hairs have appeared.
3) The appearance and condition of my hair cannot be compared to anything I have ever used for hair care. It shines, looks healthy, well-groomed, and feels silky to the touch, like after a salon treatment.
4) My hair has noticeably become less greasy.

It is unimaginable to have such a horrible experience for 700 UAH (Ukrainian Hryvnia) and 250ml. The scent is heavy, sweet, and reminiscent of old-fashioned French perfumes, but that's not the worst part. As I was drying my hair with a towel, I realized that it was ruined. And when they finally dried, not only did they not have any extra volume, but they actually decreased in volume! The roots looked like a mess, even though I always have volume after washing. However, the ends were incredibly dry and tangled for some reason. After 24 hours, I had icicles on my head and I had to break the ends to untangle them. I can't remember a worse condition, and all of this for 700 UAH, seriously! Maybe it's a joke?! And please don't tell me about a three-step hair care routine! I wash my hair every day, if I don't, then oily dandruff appears (Kérastase Specifique Bain Anti-Pelliculaire has helped me a lot with this issue). Specifically, this shampoo smells nice, lathers well, and I can wash my hair with it every other day without any dandruff or greasiness. The first time I use an anti-dandruff shampoo or one for sensitive scalp (Kérastase Specifique Bain Vital Dermo-Calm), and the second time I use Densifique Bain Densité. My hair stays clean for a couple of days, maybe even three, but I can't stand it, it's a habit developed over the years.
