Lavender doesn't dominate and that's a good thing. In the base, there is warm vanilla, enriched with cedar. The longevity is good, but I expected a stronger sillage. My husband really liked it, but it's not an everyday scent, more of an evening fragrance for special occasions. The store's service, as always, is excellent!
