This product dries out and weighs down the hair significantly. Unfortunately, this line did not work for me.

If your hair has thinned out due to hair loss, this shampoo will make it noticeable to others. My colleagues immediately asked what happened to my hair. After washing my hair, it becomes like baby fuzz, losing its volume, and the hair loss doesn't stop. It ends up looking like a dandelion.

I use the entire line, including the 4.3 mask, the 4.2 conditioner, and the 4.4.1 lotion, and I'm satisfied with the results. It adds volume without weighing my hair down, and my hair breaks less and looks well-groomed. I've tried Joico k-pak, Kerastase, natural shampoos, Phytorelax, and all the other brands out there, but this shampoo is worth the money. At least, that's what I think.
