This item is strange and excessively expensive! It is a non-foaming cream that can only be used for newborns to freshen up, but adults require a more effective cleansing. There are plenty of better products available for atopic conditions! The smell is natural, without any added fragrances.
This product is excellent for extremely dry skin. I bought it for myself to use at the swimming pool. I have not experienced any irritations or discomfort while using it. The only downside is that it is very wasteful if applied directly onto the body without a sponge.
